I recently purchased my 2024 LYRIQ Luxury 2 from Val Ward Cadillac! My salesman was Julio Martinez and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would give him 10 stars. Not only was Julio responsive during the purchasing which would be expected, but following the sale he has been Uber responsive anytime I had a question, he called me or texted me right away. For example, I called him on the way to the dealership to get a “free car wash” promised at purchase. He indicated I had to come in on a Saturday! Even though it was Wednesday, he told me to come in and he personally washed my car for me and chamois it to perfection! I couldn’t be happier with Julio and I couldn’t be happier with my new Lyriq!

Karina is definitely a keeper. You can tell she cares about her customers. I had one issue that was a misunderstanding and she took the time to explain to me what happened and she has been excellent in communication and knowledge about what has been happening. Thank you Karina

I found out that GM had a service recall for my Escalade. When I called Val Ward my service advisor was Karina Gomez. She was very efficient in researching the recall and was able to get my vehicle serviced the same day. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a preowned Escalade ESV from a different dealership (Gainesville) and within months started having serious issues.
