Dave McKinney is the best service advisor I've had the pleasure of working with. Dave listens, then runs a history check on my SRX vehicle. Then has a technician give me a estimate on what maybe or is wrong and the cost to fix. Dave treats me as an equal and explains what needs to be fixed. Aside from the parts manager not wanting to listen on part quote I found the whole experience to be well managed / the Service Director did a follow up call with me to review what had happened even though I had not made mention of it.

Karina was fantastic.I went to have tire pressure checked…new tire needed. Karina was aware I needed to get to work and offered transportation. Kept me aware of accurate wait time. Brake sensor was triggered.Karina attempted to reset but I was given a loaner to make it to work. She was apologetic and understood my situation. TREMENDOUS service…upon entering my loaner a gentleman approached to see if I had concerns before leaving. Such a wonderful experience with exemplary customer care
