As a part time resident of Ft Myers I’ve had to use this dealership on two occasions. In both instances I have been overwhelmed with how courteous the employees are and how caring they are of your problem. Today I noticed the flap, that covers where a trailer hitch should go, was loose and hanging. I drove to Val Ward and showed them the problem and I’m about 5 minutes it was fixed and I was on my way. Thanks for such great service.

Alfonso brought a spare tire to my home and mounted it. The wheel with the pierced tire was taken to Val Ward where the tire was replaced. Very professional when I went to the dealer to have the new tire and wheel remounted on my vehicle. Could not have been handled better!

My key fob was lost and I could not get into my SRX to drive it. It was towed in and a new key gob was made for me. This was an emergency situation and Doug handled it quickly for me as usual. I love the service Dept and will always buy my cars here

The mechanic was originally puzzled by front wheel overheating condition but he drove vehicle home and experienced the same problem I experienced before having it towed.

Friendly, courteous, timely, truly professional service. All fluid systems flushed and replenished. (coolant, transmission, brake, power steering, oil) Oil and air filters replaced. New battery. Replace leaking front suspension cross member. While in shop the washer fluid tank was somehow compromised - this was replaced at no charge.

Have purchased two cars there, one used, the other new. I took one in to have rain guards attached. It did not work as expected. They tried to remedy the situation, giving me a loaner car, and eventually returned my money. The problem was not with Val Ward but the manufacturer of the rain guards.

My car kept saying my tires were low on air. Just put air in it. I took my car in and it also needed an oil change. It was a while since I took it in and was told my tire needed to be patched because a bolt was in it. They did the tire and oil change and other work that needed to be done. I was given a rental and came back at the end of the day. My car was good as new!!!! I love my car and they made it better again. All I can say ...

the only thing I would ask to improve during service would be to add air to tires if needed and to check and add water to window washer as required.

I had been having my Certified Pre Owned CTS serviced at a non Cadillac GM dealer for convenience rather than driving to Fort Myers.
