While all of the service agents at Val Ward Cadillac are equally worthy of great praise and recognition I would be remiss for not stating the constant extra efforts put forth by one Jane Flesch. Jane is always courteous, understanding and most of all helpful to your situation. If the issue can be fixed, Jane will get it solved and in a timely minor. Val Ward Cadillac can be proud of their service department, from the person who loggis your vehicle in to the person who hands you the keys when you pick it up.
