Note to our customers,

Due to the low inventory challenges resulting from world-wide supply shortages, we must advise of some changes to our Courtesy transportation program.

As of May 2021, Cadillac loaner vehicle usage will be restricted to current Cadillac owners still inside their original warranty period. (2018 model year or newer.) Unfortunately, this change must be made until vehicle inventory numbers stabilize. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR COURTESY LOANER VEHICLES

• $100,000 COMPREHENSIVE / COLLISION
• $300,000 LIABILITY
• $100,000 BODILY INJURY

Please be informed you must meet the following minimum insurance requirements before you may drive a Val Ward Cadillac Courtesy Loaner vehicle. $100,000 COMP / COLLISION, $300,000 LIABILITY, and $100,000 BODILY INJURY. Please bring a copy of your up-to-date Declarations page to avoid long delays. If you do not bring a Declarations page, you will have to wait while one of our loaner car agents manually verifies your insurance coverage. This may take 30 minutes or longer. Please note customers that show up the date of their appointment with the proper documentation will be taken care of first.
